Ammo Restaurant

Architect Joyce Wang's design for Ammo, inspired by Jean-Luc Godard's Alphaville film, is a visual marvel. The restaurant is a stunning six-meter-high glass box, nestled on the lower level of the Asia Society, offering a unique dining experience.
On one side, the tall windows face a lush jungle garden at the base of a hill, peering up at the walking bridges above in the gardens.
As you enter, you are impressed by the hanging, deconstructed spiral staircase light fixture and the backdrop of copper piping, an embossed pattern covering the wall behind the bar. The elements combine well and create a refined atmosphere with a steampunk edge. Once you sit and start to take in the different elements, every detail begins to gain importance, from the green velvet banquettes by the window to the wood choices. Ammo is very well put together.

Chef Roland Schuller's menu at Ammo is a delightful fusion of East and West, offering a perfect balance of local and international flavours. It's a culinary journey that encourages you to explore local tastes while still feeling at home. Don't miss the unique Sous Vide Cocktails, a refreshing twist on classic drinks.
